Home Foreclosure Auction Held At Fairgrounds

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- More than 80 foreclosed homes are on the auction block Tuesday night at the Kern County Fairgrounds.

The auction is just one of several scheduled across Southern California by the Real Estate Disposition Company.

The starting bid on some of the foreclosed homes is just $1,000.

Registration starts at 5 p.m. with the auction starting at 6:30 p.m.

Interested buyers must also bring along a $5,000 non-refundable cashier's check.
