A 5,000-pound pole rolled off a truck and killed a 50-year-old worker, Thursday, at Frontier High School.

The concrete pole was being used as an anchor to secure the new light poles that were being brought in for the high school's stadium.

According to Sean Collins of the Kern County Fire Department, O.S.H.A. and the County Coroner are on their way to investigate the incident.

Currently Frontier High School is not on lock down.

As of now, no other people were hurt in the accident.
